Joy Walter
Joy is one of those people who doesn't quite know where to call home. Having grown up both in the jungles of Bangladesh and on the paradise beaches of Malaysia before coming to Michigan State to earn her B.A. in Journalism, she has always had a love of travel and international adventure. That has continued with studying abroad in Italy and pursuing international relations as a specialization while in school. Her time spent abroad has instilled in her the idea that the world is a much bigger place then we can realize without the valuable help of international communication, outreach and education - and studying abroad can be a part of that! She has worked in communications for the MSU International Studies and Programs office and is now excited to be a part of helping more students see a bigger and better view of the world through study abroad.
